How to submit a return or exchange request

  • Read the below return and exchange policies
  • Log into your account
  • Click order you want to submit the return for
  • If your order has more than one item, select the items you would like to return
  • Click "Request Return"

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee we will receive your returned item. 

Any refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card or method of payment.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns:

  • 30-day return window
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Sale items, promotional items, clearance items are not eligible.
  • Certain items, as indicated on the item listing, are not returnable

Exchange

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Item(s) may be exchanged on an order once.
  • No international exchanges
  • Any price differences will be invoiced to the customer
  • Open a refund request as outlined above, specify the item you would like in exchange 

 

Order Returned to Sender (RTS)

  • For items returned by the mail carrier: If an incorrect address was entered by the customer, email support@griplockties.com immediately. If a package is sent with an incorrect address entered by the customer, we will email you, per our discretion we may issue a refund minus 10% restocking fee or the customer may pay the shipping fees to resend the package. 
  • If the customer does not respond to our method of contact within 5 business days, a refund will be issued with a 10% deduction for a restocking fee.
